Demo/Intro Flight

The Introductory Flight Experience offers you a hands-on opportunity to explore the world of aviation. Your session includes approximately 30 minutes of flight time, along with 15 minutes of pre-flight briefing and 15 minutes of post-flight discussion, totaling about one hour. All flights are conducted under the guidance of a qualified instructor, you’ll learn the basics and even take the controls yourself. No prior experience required.

Liability Disclaimer

The Pilot Spot (BelAna Holdings LLC) acts solely as a facilitator for introductory demo flights and does not operate aircraft, provide flight instruction, or employ flight instructors. All demo flights are conducted by independent FAA-certified flight instructors (CFIs) or flight schools that maintain their own aircraft, insurance, and operational control, certifications and records. 

By purchasing or participating in a demo flight, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Pilot Spot is not responsible for the operation, maintenance, condition, or safety of any aircraft used in the flight.

All flights are subject to the terms, conditions, and liability waivers of the CFI or flight school conducting the flight.

Any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the flight shall be made directly against the CFI or flight school, and not against The Pilot Spot, its owners, agents, or affiliates.

The Pilot Spot makes no warranty or representation regarding the safety, quality, or outcome of the flight experience.

Participants assume all risks inherent to aviation activities, including but not limited to those arising from the actions or negligence of third-party flight providers.

By completing your booking or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to release and hold harmless The Pilot Spot (BelAna Holdings LLC) from any liability related to your participation.

Our role is limited to facilitation and payment collection — not aircraft operation or instruction.

Independent Contractor and Operational Control:

The Flight Instructor or Flight School (“Provider”) is and shall remain an independent contractor of BelAna Holdings LLC dba The Pilot Spot (“The Pilot Spot”).

Provider has sole responsibility and operational control over all aircraft, equipment, and flight operations. Provider shall determine all flight parameters, pilot-in-command duties, safety procedures, and compliance with all applicable FAA regulations.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the parties.

Indemnification

You/The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Pilot Spot, its owners, affiliates, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

Provider’s operation, maintenance, or control of aircraft;

Provider’s acts or omissions, negligence, or violations of law;

Any injury, death, or property damage occurring during or in connection with a demo flight.

This clause shall survive termination of the Agreement.

Customer Communication

You/The Customer acknowledges that The Pilot Spot’s role is limited to marketing, scheduling, and payment facilitation. You/The Customer acknowledges The Pilot Spot is NOT an aircraft operator or training provider. In no event shall The Pilot Spot be liable to Provider or any third party for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with any demo flight.
